All BDAV Members, their partners, and industry colleagues are most welcome to attend.

However, the BDAV does incur costs in organising these events. Therefore, those who book and do not attend will be required to pay the full fee. Registrants who book then cancel more than three days prior to the event will receive a refund of their payment, less an administrative charge of $11 per registrant for paying registrants. Non-paying registrants who book and do not attend will be invoiced $11 to offset administration costs. Bookings cannot be transferred to other BDAV events.
